Meat by Jacob’s Ladder Farms: Update from Jayne Duveen, “Let me think, this week, Michael has his own lamb and beef, plenty of heartwarming stewing steak, spectacular rolled loins of lamb stuffed with dried apricots that look delicious, and plenty of ‘French trimmed’ lamb cutlets.”
Jacob’s Ladder are a collective of tiny organic and biodynamic farms in East Sussex and Kent that farm using traditional methods with rare breed animals, and come together to sell at Crystal Palace Food Market, the only market that Jacob’s Ladder now attend. One taste and you’re hooked! Help to support these tiny farms whilst knowing that animal welfare is always top of their list.
