On this weekend’s stall there’s plenty of things to make you go “mmm…” First up – the return of the Brett & Bailey bomboloni! These Tuscan-style brioche doughnuts are back for the summer and will come with a different filling every week. This Saturday you’ll find them piped full of indulgent pistachio cream.
On this week’s cake parade we’ll have Top Banana with salted dulce de leche, double carrot, chocolate Guinness, citrus chiffon with sherbet lemon frosting, the return of our coconut and raspberry gateau, and a luscious, brand new, baked raspberry cheesecake infused with the subtle citrus sweetness of lemongrass.
Need some zing in your spring? Pick up a couple of our new lemon meringue pies, made with preserved lemon curd and piled high with clouds of glossy meringue. You can also choose from treats including raspberry bakewells, peanut butter bars, cardamom knots, pecan and white chocolate chunk brownies, sticky buns, and peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.
