Cakes – Brett & Bailey “Spring is in the air and the Brett & Bailey Speckled Egg Cake has hatched! Crack open the duck egg blue buttercream, speckled with chocolate, to find our richest chocolate sponge oozing with layers of golden caramel. Find it on the stall alongside Rhubarbra Streisand; double carrot cake; pistachio gateau with creamy organic honey frosting, crushed pistachios and flecks of bee pollen; citrus chiffon cake; and a baked white chocolate cheesecake topped with fragrant passion fruit pulp.
We’ll also have blueberry and cardamom cake topped with walnut streusel; indulgent dark chocolate brownies; both peanut butter cookies AND peanut butter bars; cardamom knots; semlor; sticky buns; and more shortbread treacle tart.
Early birds can get one of our last two jars of scrumptious apricot and vanilla jam but don’t worry there’s also lemon curd and award-winning marmalade.
Need to buy a whole cake? Order from the Brett & Bailey online shop by Wednesday night and we’ll have your order freshly-baked and ready to collect from our stall on the Saturday.
